Director of Mortgage Operations

Kristi Riley Platt brings over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry as Director of Mortgage Operations at Traditions Bank. Starting her career as a Loan Officer for Wells Fargo in 2004, Kristi has since worked in various roles, including mortgage processing and loan servicing. She joined Traditions Bank in 2010, where she initially worked in the Mortgage Department before moving to Loan Administration in 2011. In 2016, Kristi returned to the Mortgage Department as Operations Manager, and she was promoted to Director of Mortgage Operations in 2020.

In addition to her role at Traditions Bank, Kristi is also an active member of the community. She serves as the President-Elect of the YWCA Board, having been involved with the organization for over a decade. Kristi is also a graduate of the Leadership York Training Program and is currently pursuing a degree from the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She is also actively involved with Girls on the Run.

Kristi Riley Platt embodies Traditions Bank’s core values – her favorite being Personal Growth which aligns with her personal value of continual development and education. She believes it is essential to continuously expand one’s knowledge. She is proud to make her mark each and every day, striving to do something meaningful and impactful for her community.

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys running, reading, and supporting her favorite sports teams, including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penn State Football, and Duke’s Men’s Basketball. She is also a big supporter of her alma mater, Lebanon Valley College, where she earned a dual degree in International Business and Spanish. Kristi Riley Platt enjoys traveling to the Outer Banks with her husband, children, and her dog, Duke.
