Mark Poliski brings over 35 years of valuable banking experience to his role as Chief Credit Officer at Traditions Bank. He started his career at CoreStates Hamilton Bank’s Wholesale Bank Training Program, where he gained invaluable skills and knowledge that have served him well throughout his career. He has since held numerous positions as a commercial loan officer and credit officer at various institutions, including Lebanon Valley Farmers Bank, Union National Community Bank, Nova Bank, and Santander, where he served as Middle Market Regional Credit Manager. In 2016, Mark Poliski joined Traditions Bank as Chief Credit Officer, drawn to the bank’s strong culture and leadership team.

In addition to his impressive banking career, Mark is actively involved in his community. He serves on the board and finance committee of the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster, the finance committee of the York County Literacy Council, and the Real Estate Development Committee of HDC Mid-Atlantic. He is also a chapter leader of the Lancaster Chapter of The Compassionate Friends and recently joined the finance council of St. James Catholic Church in Lititz.

Outside of work, Mark Poliski is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan, cheering on the Eagles, Flyers, Phillies, and Sixers. He has passed his love for sports onto his children and also enjoys listening to Bruce Springsteen’s music.
