Bradley A. Willow, Managing Director, Personal & Signature Banking, has spent the majority of his three-decades-long banking career in Central PA. He has held many leadership roles at various financial institutions across the area. During his tenure at Waypoint/Sovereign/Santander Bank, he was the Retail Executive leading a 20-branch retail network in Southern Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. In 2008, Brad joined Union Community Bank in Lancaster as Senior Vice President, Community Banking Group Manager, heading up the bank’s 13 branches as well as the training, mortgage lending, trust, private banking, and investment advisory divisions. Prior to joining York Traditions Bank in 2017, Brad was a Senior Private Banking Advisor at PeoplesBank. Mr. Willow serves on the Boards of the York County History Center and York Jewish Community Center.
