Stay Hydrated Week

During Stay Hydrated Week: earn 5 points when you drink at least 64 ounces/day of water on 5 or more days; earn 3 points for drinking at least 64 ounces/day of water on 3 or 4 days.
A few tips to help you drink more water:
- Add fruit, vegetables, or herbs to a pitcher of water you keep in your fridge. Citrus (orange, lemon, lime) works great for flavored water. Or try some of the combinations below:
- Lemon, mint & cucumber
- Strawberries, lemon & basil
- Watermelon, kiwi & strawberry
- Orange, strawberry & mint
- Drink a glass after each bathroom break.
- Sip a glass before every meal.
- Choose sparkling water over soda.
- Mark your water bottle with time-oriented goals.
