Stay Hydrated

During Stay Hydrated Week: earn 5 points when you drink at least 64 ounces/day of water on 5 or more days; earn 3 points for drinking at least 64 ounces/day of water on 3 or 4 days.

A few tips to help you drink more water:

  • Add fruit, vegetables, or herbs to a pitcher of water you keep in your fridge.  Citrus (orange, lemon, lime) works great for flavored water.  Or try some of the combinations below:
    • Lemon, mint & cucumber
    • Strawberries, lemon & basil
    • Watermelon, kiwi & strawberry
    • Orange, strawberry & mint
  • Drink a glass after each bathroom break.
  • Sip a glass before every meal.
  • Choose sparkling water over soda.
  • Mark your water bottle with time-oriented goals.
