We all suffer from stress from time to time, but what happens when there is no relief in sight? Long term exposure to stressful situations whether professionally or personally can lead to “burnout”. Contributing factors such as job, lifestyle and personality characteristics will be explored. This training will identify who’s at greatest risk, the warning signs, and necessary steps to take back control.
