30 Minute x 3 Day Challenge (2nd Qtr)

How do you exercise?  Whether you take a kick-boxing class, run, or play basketball, you can earn points for “working out” up to 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes.

Earn 5 points for 3 workouts; 3 points for 2 workouts; or 1 point for 1 workout each week.
