E-Statements and E-Bills are the paperless solution to quickly and accurately review your deposit statements and bills, including Traditions Bank loan bills, online.

Instructions for signing up for E-Statements and E-Bills

If your account is not already added to Online Banking:

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click the Account Services tab.
  3. Click the Account Management bar.
  4. Click Add New Account.
  5. Enter the account, account type, and a nickname.

If you haven’t accepted the agreement for electronic delivery:

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click the Accounts tab.
  3. Click the Statements bar.
  4. Click the link for the eSign document. This opens a PDF document that contains a code at the top.
  5. Copy the code found at the top of the PDF.
  6. Enter the code into the eSign Confirmation Code box.
  7. Review the disclaimer and click Agree.

Select the accounts to receive electronic delivery:

  1. Click the Accounts tab.
  2. Click the Statements bar.
  3. Click My Settings.
  4. Click Edit My Settings.
  5. Use the radio buttons to choose the Email option for the account(s) for which you’d like to receive E-Statements or E-Bills.
  6. Confirm your selections. YOU’RE ALL SET!
