Biographies of Executive Management
 Michael
E. Kochenour, Founder, Chairman, President, and CEO, has 40 years of banking experience. Previously, he was EVP, Head of Investment Services and Trust, for Drovers Bank. With National Central Bank and its successors—Hamilton, CoreStates, and First Union (now Wells Fargo)—his Senior Management roles encompassed retail, corporate, and small business banking, as well as merger integration and human resources and spanned across multiple states. Mike serves as Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Group 5 Executive Committee and on the PBASC Board.
A York native, his community involvement includes the Board, Executive
Committee, and Immediate Past Chair of the American Red Cross— York/Adams Chapter; Incoming Board Chair and Executive Committee of the Byrnes Health Education Center; the Board of the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center; the Leadership Cabinet for the York College Community Opportunity Scholarship Program; and Past Board Chair of the United Way of York County. He is an active Rotarian and supports numerous other community organizations.
 John D. Blecher, CPA,
is Founder, Managing
Director and CFO. His expertise, gained during more
than 20 years in banking, includes accounting and funds
management, regulatory reporting, SEC compliance, taxation, shareholder relations, and budgeting. With Drovers Bank,
he was Senior Vice President, Controller, and Corporate
Secretary, and chaired the asset liability, technology
planning, and capital investment committees. He was also Corporate Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer for Drovers Bancshares. Mr. Blecher is involved with the Economics Club of York and is a current Finance Committee member and former Director of DreamWrights Youth & Family Theatre.
 Eugene J. Draganosky, Chief Lending Officer,
has over 27 years of banking experience. With Sovereign Bank,
he was Regional President, York/Adams Counties, leading sales and servicing of business, residential, commercial real estate,
and branch banking. Previously, he was EVP of Commerce Bank,
York Division, and Senior Relationship Manager at Wachovia.
Gene currently provides community leadership to the Boards of both the York County Industrial Development Authority and Junior Achievement, while also serving the banking industry as a member of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Members Services Policy Committee. He has held many other volunteer board and leadership positions including Past Chairman of the York County Chamber of Commerce.
 Teresa Gregory joined York Traditions Bank in 2010
as Managing Director, Mortgage Services. Teresa has over
20 years of experience in residential mortgage lending. Over her career, Mrs. Gregory has managed many areas of mortgage lending including processing, underwriting, closing, secondary market, post-closing, and construction lending. Prior to joining York Traditions Bank, she was a Senior Vice President, Secondary Market and Operations Manager of Fulton Mortgage Company. A Past Board Chair of the York Area Housing Group, Mrs. Gregory is still actively involved in YAHG, serving as Board Member and on various committees. She also serves on the Boards of Community Progress Council and York Benevolent Association.
 Carolyn Schaefer, Managing Director, Personal
Banking and Wealth Management, began her distinguished,
41-year banking career with National Central Bank, continuing with its successors, Hamilton, CoreStates, First Union, and Wachovia. She was Wachovia's Senior Vice President and Service Director for Branch Banking across Central Pennsylvania and Area Executive Officer for York County. A Certified Financial Planner, Mrs. Schaefer has received an Athena Award from the York County Chamber of Commerce and was named one of the "50 Best Women in Business in Pennsylvania." She is a Board member for the York County Heritage Trust, Better York, the York Collegiate Council, the Women's Business Center Organization, and an active member of the York Rotary Club.
