Michael E. Kochenour

Michael E. Kochenour has 36 years of experience in banking. Mr. Kochenour is the Bank's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this he was the Executive Vice President, Head of Investment Services and Trust for Drovers Bank. Mr. Kochenour's previous 28 years were spent with National Central Bank and its successor banks, Hamilton, CoreStates and First Union National Bank (now Wachovia). His last position with First Union was Senior Vice President, Consumer Banking Executive for Pennsylvania and Delaware. In this role he had ultimate senior leadership responsibility for all retail and small business activity across 450 financial centers with deposits totaling over $22 billion and loans totaling $3.5 billion. Over the full 28 years, Mr. Kochenour served in numerous Senior Management roles encompassing human resources; retail, corporate and small business banking; merger integration; and corporate level cost and quality improvement projects. He also served in the role of Area Executive Officer for CoreStates in York. Mr. Kochenour, a native Yorker, is very active in the local community serving on the Executive Board of the American Red Cross - York Chapter; the Advisory Board of the Byrnes Health Education Center; and the Executive Board of the United Way of York County (Chairman of the Board for 2005 and 2006); Leadership Cabinet for the York College Community Scholarship Program; and the Steering Committee for the Crispus Attucks Early Learning Center. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of York and continues to support numerous other community organizations.

John D. Blecher

John D. Blecher, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Technology. Mr. Blecher has over 20 years of banking experience, with expertise in the areas of accounting and funds management, regulatory reporting, SEC compliance, taxation, shareholder relations and budgeting. He most recently worked for Drovers Bank where he was the Senior Vice President, Controller and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Blecher also served as Corporate Secretary and principal accounting officer for Drovers Bancshares Corporation, the holding company of Drovers Bank. While at Drovers, he chaired the Asset Liability, Technology Planning and Capital Asset Committees. Mr. Blecher serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of DreamWrights Youth and Family Theatre and is a member of the Economics Club of York. He also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Briarwood Golf Club, a privately owned golf course.

Eugene J. Draganosky, with 23 years in the banking industry, joined York Traditions Bank in April 2008 as Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer.  Mr. Draganosky was previously with Sovereign Bank where he was the Regional President for York and Adams Counties, leading the sales and servicing of business, residential, commercial real estate, and branch banking activities.  Prior to his employment at Sovereign, Mr. Draganosky was the Executive Vice President of the York Division of Commerce Bank and also held the positions of Senior Relationship Manager at Wachovia Bank and Commercial Team Leader at CoreStates Bank (now Wachovia).  Mr. Draganosky is very active in the York community, serving as Chairman of Junior Achievement and the York County Chamber Board of Advisors.  He also serves on the  Board of the United Way of York County; Boy Scouts of America – York/Adams Council; York County Alliance for Learning; York County Economic Development Corporation; York County Industrial Development Authority; and York College Community Opportunity Scholarship Program.  He is an active member of the Rotary Club of York, the Economics Club of York County, and supports many other community organizations in York County.

Carolyn Schaefer

Carolyn Schaefer has 37 years of banking experience and serves as the Managing Director of Personal Banking. A York native, Mrs. Schaefer joined York Traditions Bank in 2005 after spending her entire banking career at National Central Bank and its successor banks, Hamilton, CoreStates, and First Union National Bank (now Wachovia). Her last position at Wachovia was Senior Vice President and Service Director for Branch Banking across the Central Pennsylvania Region. Additionally, she served as the Bank’s Area Executive Officer for York County. She is also a Certified Financial Planner; was named one of the “50 Best Women in Business in Pennsylvania” in 2000; and received the Athena Award from the York County Chamber of Commerce in 2004. Mrs. Schaefer is very active in the York community, serving on the Board of Better York; the Board of the Boy Scouts of America – York/Adams Council; the Board of the York Collegiate Council; the Board of the Heritage Trust; the Board of the YMCA; and the Advisory Board for the Women's Business Center Organization/J. D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of York and continues to support many community organizations across York County.

Shawn A. Stine

Shawn A. Stine has 30 years of commercial banking experience and serves as the Managing Director, Business Services. Previously, Mr. Stine was at Drovers Bank in York where he served as Executive Vice President and Senior Corporate Banking Officer. His management responsibilities included asset quality, sales and marketing leadership, cash management products and services, loan production offices and a settlement services company. Prior to joining Drovers, Mr. Stine was employed by CoreStates (now Wachovia). He currently serves on the Development Committee and as Co-Chair for the Healthy Kids Campaign for Memorial Hospital; is a member of the Central Pennsylvania Conference Committee on Finance and Administration and its Stewardship Foundation Board and Investment Committee; and is an active member of the South Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Risk Management Association. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club of York and supports various other community organizations.
